The Beetle Portable Lamp by 101 Copenhagen is a small architectural object that gently transforms the atmosphere of a room. Designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen & Tommy Hyldahl, the lamp pairs a smooth, rounded chrome metal shade with five vertical marble “legs”, giving it a calm, sculptural presence even when it’s switched off.

When the light is on, the crystalised marble subtly lets the light seep through, creating a warm, ambient glow at 2400K – perfect for evenings in the living room, bedroom or a cosy reading corner. Thanks to the rechargeable battery and three-step dimmer, Beetle is easy to move around your home and adjust to the mood.
