We do not store full payment card details. Payment is processed by our payment providers.

5) International orders and customs

We ship within the Netherlands and may ship internationally, including to Turkey.
For international deliveries, we may share necessary information (name, address, contact details and order contents/value) with shipping carriers and, where applicable, customs authorities to complete the delivery.

6) How long we keep your data (retention)

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above:

  • Orders, invoices and payment records: generally 7 years (Dutch tax retention requirements)

  • Customer service communication: typically up to 24 months after last contact

  • Quote requests: typically up to 24 months (unless you become a customer, then it may be attached to your order history)

  • Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe

  • Analytics data: according to the settings of the tool (and only where allowed by cookie preferences)

After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymised.
