he Light | Reading – Bevelled Nose by Sumum is a refined brass reading light with a slightly longer, angled nose that softens the beam and shields the LED for extra visual comfort. It is designed as a calm, architectural element beside the bed or in a reading niche.

As part of the Sumum lighting family, this reading light is made to blend seamlessly with Sumum switches, outlets and USB chargers, creating one continuous brass story on your wall.

Production & lead times – Sumum lighting
Light | Reading – Beveled Nose is made to order in Belgium. Production is aligned with the standard Sumum workflow for architectural hardware:
– Internal technical components and preparation typically take around 4–6 weeks.
– Visible brass parts and finishes are scheduled in a second phase, usually around 12 weeks.

Depending on your order, components may be shipped in stages so that the electrician can already start mounting and wiring on site, while finished brass parts arrive closer to final completion.

Every Sumum piece is produced specifically for your project; once the order is confirmed, specifications and quantities cannot be modified or cancelled.

Netherlands
Numa Home is the official distributor of Sumum in the Netherlands. Orders are shipped from Belgium; once each shipment leaves the workshop, delivery within the Netherlands typically takes a few working days.

Turkey
Numa Home is also the official distributor of Sumum in Turkey. We organise transport from Belgium to Turkey for private homes and projects. Transit time is usually around 7–10 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and shipment size. Exact costs and timings are calculated per order and confirmed with you before we proceed.
