SWITCH | NEEDLE

The Needle Switch by Sumum is a refined toggle switch designed for both classic wired systems and smart homes. With a slim 3 mm profile, the Needle brings a precise, almost jewellery-like detail to your walls – perfect when you want the switch to be minimal, but still clearly present.

Inspired by Sumum’s Pin range, the Needle keeps the same minimalist design language, but in an even more compact and elongated form. Mounted on Sumum’s solid metal plates, the Needle toggle feels light to the eye yet solid to the touch, with a smooth, satisfying click.

All Sumum switches start from a solid 4 mm brass plate and are finished by hand in a curated palette of warm and cool metal tones – from brushed brass and medium bronze to dark bronze, black bronze, antique bronze, brushed nickel and deep canon de fusil, as well as classic black and white.

Technically, the Needle is available for pushbutton control and 230V switching, which makes it suitable for both traditional installations and integration with smart home systems (via relays or drivers in the electrical cabinet).
