The Guggenheim Vase, Big by 101 Copenhagen is a sculptural ceramic vase that feels more like an art object than an accessory. Characterised by sharp geometric lines and a slender, layered silhouette, the design creates a beautiful optical illusion that changes with every viewpoint – perfect for calm, minimalist interiors in the Netherlands and Turkey.

Each vase is handcrafted and hand-glazed, which means the surface has a soft, textured finish and subtle variations in tone. These nuances give every piece its own character and make the Guggenheim collection a favourite for design-driven homes, boutique hotels and restaurants.

At Numa Home, we curate the Guggenheim Vase, Big as a statement object – beautiful on its own on a console, dining table or bookshelf, or styled in a group with other ceramic pieces. Because the ceramic is not fully waterproof, we recommend using a separate inner container if you would like to display fresh flowers.

Production: Cast in moulds, then burned in the kiln and hand-painted by brush up to four times to achieve a softly brushed, patinated texture inspired by Japanese Wabi-Sabi aesthetics

Surface: Matte, tactile glaze with natural variations in tone and structure – no two vases are exactly the same

Care: Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth

Avoid household cleaners and products containing acid

Do not use abrasive sponges or sharp objects on the surface

Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperature changes to preserve colour and finish
